The Flex-Hone process produces a controlled surface condition unobtainable by any other method. It is a resilient, flexible honing tool with a soft cutting action. The silicon carbide abrasive globules each have independent suspension that assures the Flex-Hone to be self-centering, self-aligning to bore, and self-compensating for wear. Use with any drill. The tool should be rotating upon entry and removal from cylinder. RPM from 60 to 1,200, depending on diameter. Stroke from 30 to 200 per minute, depending on RPM. All are 8" overall length.
