Compressed air is passed through a spin chamber creating a vortex within the unit. Allows cooling in operations and testing where the use of liquid is infeasible or undesirable. Effectively removes heat and chips from the work. Mounted with a magnetic base, they can easily be used anywhere there is shop air. No moving parts or freon. 1/4" NPT inlet.
SAC-1 cools air 50°F lower than inlet air. The temperature is not adjustable. The kit includes the spot air cooler, flexible hose and 12' coil air supply line.
VOR-610 cools air up to 100°F lower than inlet air (normal operating drop is 85°F). The airflow rate and temperature are adjustable. Includes 5 micron filter and flexible nozzle. 15 SCFM.
