Thrust Washers
Self-Lubricating Metal Backed Thrust Washers offer an economical approach to obtaining self-lubrication where high loads are encountered. They are comprised of zinc-plated mild steel with Fiberglide® laminated to one face. These bearings are recommended for use where metal backing is preferred. These bearings are self-lubricating and tolerate a compressive strength of 38,000 psi with operating temperature range of -320 degrees Fahrenheit to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. coefficient of friction can be obtained as low as 0.03 with no added lubricants.
