Compression Latches | Pawl Reversed Grip Range (Min.): 1.41
Compression latches require you to apply pressure to them in order for them to open. All though the compression mechanisms are different, the basic concept is the same. When the latch is compressed, it releases and the door will open. Some latches offer a hole to place a padlock in so that the latch can not be compressed without first removing the padlock. Others can be outfitted to require keys to compress the latch.
