Panels & Door Components 30 Series

 (4 product groups)

Panel and Mesh Mounts

Within an aluminum framing system , panel mounts are components designed to secure solid infill materials (panels) within T-slot aluminum extrusion frameworks. These panels are chosen based on specific application needs like impact resistance, sound dampening, or chemical resistance. Meanwhile, mesh mounts are fasteners specifically engineered to secure mesh panels within these T-slot systems, facilitating the construction of open guards, safety barriers, or enclosures that require airflow, visibility, and lightweight protection.

T-Slot Gasket & Edge

An aluminum framing system gaskets and edge treatments are crucial for finishing, sealing, and enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of structures, particularly when incorporating panels. Gaskets are flexible strips, typically made from rubber, PVC, or other elastomeric materials, designed to be inserted into T-slot channels to secure and seal panels. Edge treatments, conversely, refer to components used to finish and protect the exposed edges of panels or even extrusions themselves; while gaskets handle the panel-to-T-slot interface, other edge treatments focus on free-standing panel edges, providing additional safety and aesthetic finishes.

T-Slot Handles

A handle for an alminum framing system is a component specifically designed to be easily mounted onto T-slot aluminum extrusions, providing a grip for opening, closing, or maneuvering structures, doors, drawers, or adjustable elements.

T-Slot Hinges

A hinge within an aluminum framing system, particularly for T-slot aluminum extrusions, is a specialized component creating a pivotal connection between profiles or between an extrusion and a panel. These enable the creation of swinging doors, access panels, guards, or adjustable elements. Common types include Standard Hinges, offering basic 180-degree motion, and Detent Hinges, which hold a door open at specific angles for access or ergonomic positioning. All these hinges typically mount directly into the T-slot channels using standard fasteners like T-nuts and bolts, ensuring a secure and adjustable fit crucial for functional and accessible modular frameworks.
