Manual Swing Clamps are easy-to-use options for fixture building/testing, welding and assembly operations in the industrial, aerospace, and automotive markets. They provide quick swing-and-clamp movement for increased productivity. The new Manual Swing Clamps feature an enclosed cam track that can clamp and toggle-lock in the pull down closed position. They also feature a detent that holds the clamp in the open position in order to prevent unwanted movement.

Manual Vertical Hook & Latch Hold Down Clamps operate on a horizontal plane allowing two faces to be fastened together on the same plane or at 90 degrees. These clamps have a low profile for applications having a height restriction.

Manual Through Hole Push Pull Clamps have a single hole threaded mount to permit rotation in any direction. This design allows complete flexibility in the fixture in a compact design while securely holding materials in place during production.

The Actima clamping device is self-locking and designed for smooth, precise clamping that is both repeatable and very forceful. It can be used for thrust or tension clamping, and is ideal to build into clamping fixtures, such as a teeter-totter. The clamping plunger of every Actima clamp has a travel of 12 mm.

U-Bar Hook & Arm Assemblies are ideal for latching applications on molds, doors, lids, access covers, drums, and containers. Made of steel or stainless steel, U-Bar assemblies are supplied with two jam nuts.

Bolt-on Horizontal Latch Plates work with pull action latch clamps to provide a positive gripping power and lock the connection. These clamps are made of durable steel or stainless steel.

Flat Head Spindle Assemblies provide an alternative choice to the spindle provided with the toggle clamp.

Flat Tip Bonded Neoprene Spindle Assemblies provide an alternative choice to the spindle provided with the toggle clamp. The steel spindle is durable while the flat neoprene tip minimizes marking fragile or polished surfaces.

Cone-Tip (Head?) Bonded Neoprene Spindle Assemblies provide an alternative choice to the spindle provided with the toggle clamp. The steel spindle is durable while the neoprene cone-tip minimizes marking with minimal clamping contact.

Polyurethane Cone Head Spindle Caps attach to head of the spindle assembly on toggle clamps. Internal threads allow the caps to be screwed onto the spindle. The polyurethane material has good memory, high oil resistance, and abrasion resistance.

Neoprene Rounded Spindle Caps attach to head of the spindle assembly on toggle clamps. Two attachment styles of rounded caps are available including slip-on for hex head spindles and slip on to fit the threaded end of a spindle.

Hex Head Spindle Assemblies provide an alternative choice to the spindle provided with the toggle clamp. These assemblies have a stainless steel, steel, or nylon bolt that acts as the spindle cap and is supplied with two jam nuts.

Swivel Foot Spindle Assemblies are ideal for use where a large area needs clamped. Use this alternative spindle assembly when the clamping force needs to be spread over a larger area and surface area than covered by the spindle provided with the toggle clamp.

Plunger Spindle? Assemblies for Straight-Line Clamps automatically compensate for variations in part thicknesses. These assemblies are designed to be mounted to plunger clamps.

Flanged Washers are used with U-Bar clamps for securely latching applications on molds, doors, lids, access covers, drums, and containers. Flanged washers are available in durable steel or stainless steel.

Bolt Retainers are welded onto solid toggle clamp hold down bars after securing the spindle assembly with jam nuts. These bolt retainers are available for 1/2” – 5/8” spindle diameters.

Flange nuts have a wide flange at one end that acts as an integrated washer. They assist in distributing the pressure across the nut over the part being secured. This reduces the chance of damaging the part and making it less likely to loosen as a result. Material: Steel Series Code:
