Like manual clamps, power clamps are used to position and hold workpieces. But unlike hand-operated manual clamps, power clamps are controlled by air pressure or fluid pressure. Our pneumatic clamps and hydraulic clamps are designed to perform a range of motions and increase production output through automation. Pneumatic hold-down clamps apply clamping force from the top, wedging the workpiece down against the work surface. Pneumatic and hydraulic swing clamps have arms that swing or lift out of the way to make loading and unloading easier. Pneumatic push-pull clamps apply clamping force vertically in a straight-line action. Pneumatic retractor clamps have an arm that moves forward and them pivots downward to apply clamping force to the workpiece. The arm retracts completely into the unit, making it easier to load and unload. We carry an assortment of clamp arm extensions and blank clamp arms that can be customized. Our mounting blocks provide recessed mounting options for power swing clamps. We also stock switches and sensors that send signals from the power clamp to a programmable controller or electronic device.

Pneumatic Block Hold Down Clamps
Pneumatic Block Hold Down Clamps provide clamping force from the top, wedging work pieces down against the work surface. Styles include automation power clamps, power rollers, and heavy duty clamps to best suit your application.
Pneumatic Cylindrical Hold Down Clamps
Pneumatic Cylindrical Hold Down Clamps provide activating force for over-center toggle clamps, applying pressure from the top. These cylinders are built to perform repetitive production operations with a magnetic ring for sensing capability.
Pneumatic Block Swing Clamps
Pneumatic Block Swing Clamps are durable for ideal use in high product applications. Loading and unloading is made easier by the clamp arm's ability to swing or lift out of the way. These clamps can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
Pneumatic Cylindrical Swing Clamps
provide quick swing-and-clamp movement for increased productivity via a pneumatic cylinder.
Pneumatic Push Pull Clamps
Pneumatic Push Pull Clamps are used to apply pressure vertically in a straight-line action. Use clamps to wedge your project up against a rail or pair with another push pull clamp to apply force against each other in a vise-like application.
Hydraulic Cylindrical Swing Clamps
Hydraulic Cylindrical Swing Clamps have 90 degree left or right handed rotation. The metal treated bodies with upper flanges stand up to wear and corrosion while the piston rod is hardened for added strength.
Blank Clamp Arms
Blank Clamp Arms are designed to allow custom arms to be attached to the piston rod of power swing clamps with tapered rod ends.
Clamp Arm Extensions
These modular elements can be positioned and tightened without removing the swing cylinder from the fixture. Can be mounted with a bolt or through compression method depending on the arm type.
Power Clamp Mounting Blocks
Power Clamp Mounting Blocks provide recessed mounting capability for power swing clamps. These blocks are made of lightweight red anodized aluminum with variable height adjustment.
Power Clamp Switches & Sensors
Power Clamp Toggle Lock Clamp Switches send signals from the power clamp to a programmable controller or electronic device. The switch is activated by a magnetic ring that closes the contact and sends a signal as it moves under the switch.
