Used in machining operations such as welding, milling, and drilling, our line of work supports, grippers, rests, and stops are designed to position and hold workpieces for repetitive processes. They allow the operator to measure and correctly set-up these components once, rather than stop to align each workpiece, thereby improving productivity and ensuring precise results. Ideal for irregularly shaped workpieces, we offer an assortment of serrated gripper pads, as well as adjustable bolt grippers, swivel action grippers, and tapered grippers. Our clamp rest pads, rest buttons, and flat feet are ideal for jig and fixture work. Used on milling machines and drill presses, our push-button stop nuts and clip-on quill stops create a physical barrier to prevent over boring of a hole. We also carry height-adjustable fixturing screw jacks that can raise and level workpieces or support elevated areas of a workpiece.

Clamp Rest Pads

Clamp rest pads can be used as hardened work rests or as wear plates on your jigs and fixtures.

Rest Buttons

Rest buttons support and position workpieces from the bottom or side. Our selection includes circular, press fit, and threaded rest buttons.

Machine Screw Jacks & Accessories

Machine screw jacks are height adjustable and used to support elevated areas of a workpiece. We also carry ball-shaped and V-shaped screw jack pads.

Flat Feet

Flat feet quickly and accurately align jig and fixture components on machine tables. Their large diameter and thin cross section make them idea for many applications. Cap screw included.

Fixture Jacks

Fixture jacks are a positive locking jack for irregular clamping to achieve various heights requiring a positive pressure stop. They are adjustable to fit height irregularities of milling operations.

Grippers

Ideal for irregularly shaped workpieces, we offer an assortment of serrated gripper pads, as well as adjustable bolt grippers, swivel action grippers, and tapered grippers.

Height Adjustment Bolts

Height adjustment bolts are used when dealing with the positioning and alignment of motors, motor units, drive components and production lines.

Stop Nuts & Quill Stops

Used on milling machines and drill presses, our push-button stop nuts and clip-on quill stops create a physical barrier to prevent over boring of a hole.
