Pneumatic power clamps increase the efficiency of your workholding stations with nearly instant, consistent force for use across many kinds of applications. Pneumatic clamps come with preset clamping forces from a few lbf up to several hundred with additional fine-tuning for spindle size and head type.
Pneumatic clamps come in two form factors: pneumatic cylinder clamps and block clamps. In addition, these power clamps can be standard hold-down clamps or swing away from the workstation in the open position with pneumatic swing clamps. All types of hold down clamps can be configured with spindle attachments to apply force at the open or closed position. There are also pneumatic push pull clamps that operate in-line with the plunger.
We carry high-yield, heavy-duty power clamps by leading manufacturers, including Destaco clamps both manual and air-powered clamps.
Pneumatic Block Hold Down Clamps provide clamping force from the top, wedging work pieces down against the work surface. Styles include automation power clamps, power rollers, and heavy duty clamps to best suit your application.
Pneumatic Block Swing Clamps are durable for ideal use in high product applications. Loading and unloading is made easier by the clamp arm's ability to swing or lift out of the way. These clamps can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
Pneumatic Cylindrical Hold Down Clamps provide activating force for over-center toggle clamps, applying pressure from the top. These cylinders are built to perform repetitive production operations with a magnetic ring for sensing capability.
Pneumatic Push Pull Clamps are used to apply pressure vertically in a straight-line action. Use clamps to wedge your project up against a rail or pair with another push pull clamp to apply force against each other in a vise-like application.
