Sleeve Bearing Sliding Systems

Service your square sleeve bearing systems on the go with these accessories! The clamps and bases are made from cast 356-T6 Aluminum for good strength and corrosion resistance.

These carriages are low profile and self lubricating and are excellent alternatives to linear ball bearing systems. They dampen vibrations and tolerate shock loads. Corrosion-resistant material. No metal-to-metal contact or rolling elements to trap contamination, skid or damage the rail. Operation is consistent, smooth and quiet. Used in packaging machines, medical eqipment, wash-down and harsh environments.

Like the sleeve bearing carriages, these are self lubricating as well. The pillow blocks come in flange and non-flange options.

This two-piece system is easy to assemble. The rail and carriage are made of 6063-T6 Aluminum. Rails are ceramic coated to resist corrosion, repel weld splatter and contaminants. Carraiges have T-slots for nuts and bolts.

Sleeve bearings require no external lubrication. High load capacity allows for more compact design. Available in square and round shapes.
