These modular elements can be positioned and tightened without removing the swing cylinder from the fixture. Can be mounted with a bolt or through compression method depending on the arm type.

Blank Clamp Arms

Blank Clamp Arms are designed to allow custom arms to be attached to the piston rod of power swing clamps with tapered rod ends.

Set-Up Clamp Kits

The kit is housed in a strong metal holder that can be mounted or can stand on a bench. Kit includes: 6 T-slot nuts, 24 studs, 4 flange nuts, 4 coupling nuts, 12 step blocks, 6 step clamps, 1 T-slot cleaner and 1 metal stand.

Hook Clamp Assemblies

Hook Clamp Assemblies are ideal for use on jig and fixture quick build systems to generate holding power in close quarters with direct downward clamping force. The hook clamp easily swings out of the way for unloading once released.

Side Clamp Kits

Side clamps are used to hold your project securely while you work on your project. These clamps provide a perfect fit, easy to use, and durable for whatever project you are working on. Series Code:

Power Clamp Switches & Sensors

Power Clamp Toggle Lock Clamp Switches send signals from the power clamp to a programmable controller or electronic device. The switch is activated by a magnetic ring that closes the contact and sends a signal as it moves under the switch.

Toggle Clamp Handle Grips

Ergonomic Toggle Clamp Handle Grips provide a safe and comfortable gripping surface for vertical hold down clamps. These accessory parts act a guard and help protect against potential pinch points.

Power Clamp Mounting Blocks

Power Clamp Mounting Blocks provide recessed mounting capability for power swing clamps. These blocks are made of lightweight red anodized aluminum with variable height adjustment.

Multi Angle Clamp Holders

Multi-angle clamp holders are the perfect third hand to assist you with whatever project you are working on. They can securely hold stock in any position while you weld, cut, sand, or paint. The universal clamp base allows you to mount it on a variety of surfaces to assist you. Series Code:

Knob Machine Strap Clamp Assemblies

Designed for light-duty clamping, the hand knob eliminates wrenching for faster work changes. Spherical washer allows for clamping irregular surfaces.

Cam Machine Strap Clamp Assemblies

Cam Machine Strap Clamp Assemblies have a spring loaded stud and cam lever for quick action and high holding pressure. Plain Grip Machine Strap Clamps reach over the work piece and hold it in place for maximum pressure. These clamps are available machined from solid bar stock or tempered steel with a varnished finish.

Sliding Post Screw Clamp Kits

Sliding post screw clamps like Inserta and post clamps assist you in holding metal in place to ensure you have a strong weld without structural issues. The handles on sliding post screw clamps slide to either end and the main bar allows the clamp to be quickly adjusted. Series Code:

Flange Nut Machine Strap Clamp Assemblies

Flange Nut Machine Strap Clamp Asseblies have a spring loaded stud and cam lever for quick action and high holding pressure. These assemblies are ideal for holding plain surface work where quick movements are required in a restricted space.

Latching & Mounting Plates

Bolt-on Horizontal Latch Plates work with pull action latch clamps to provide a positive gripping power and lock the connection. These clamps are made of durable steel or stainless steel.

Tool Balancers

Tool balancers balance the weight of assembly tools, making them nearly weightless while increasing the productivity by keeping the tools positioned right above the operator for immediate use. Additionally, they reduce tool damage by preventing tools from being accidentally dropped.

Lobed Knobs

Concave push-pull knobs feature tapered shanks and an enlarged head to provide good finger clearance and an excellent grasp for pulling or lifting across a variety of specific shapes.

The concave top is more comfortable in applications that use a thumb push operation. The convex top has a smooth shape and fits comfortably into the operator’s palm for an easy grip.

We carry a large supply of push-pull knobs by manufacturers like Kipp for use in all types of industrial and manufacturing applications in both inch and metric dimensions.

Replacement Plungers

Plungers are a vital component of straight-line action clamps that pushes forward until contacting the work piece. Plungers are advanced and locked with the collet action by rotating the clamp locking lever.

Recessed Handles

Recessed Female Stud Handles can be mounted flush to a door or panel with mounting studs or blind holes. Recessed handles are ideal for electrical boxes, storage cabinets, and access panels.Recessed Male Stud Handles can be mounted flush to a door or panel with mounting studs. Recessed handles are ideal for electrical boxes, access panels, computer cases, and vehicle compartments.Recessed Screw Mount Handles can be mounted flush to a door or panel with mounting studs. The flush mount is ideal for areas where a protruding handle would inhibit functionality or in limited space.Flush recessed pull handles are avilable with either mounting studs or plain for spot welding. They come in various finishes.

Rigged & Folding Handles

Folding pull handles are hinged U-shaped handles that lay flat when not in use, creating a convenient low profile while maintaining functionality. Available in free-fall, two-position, and three-position options.

Crank Handles

Crank handles are designed for applications that involve frequent adjustments. Click the links to find our offer of fixed crank handles, revolving crank handles, folding crank handles styles to fit your handwheel.

Reid Supply provides you with the full range of industrial and machine crank handles.

From metal, steel and plastic, choose the right material and thread size in both metric and inch.

Thrust Pads

Thrust Pads screw onto plunger tips for use in straight-line action clamps. The plunger pushes forward until the thrust pad is securely holding the work piece. These components are designed for quick action clamping with size variations and long opening and closing motions.

Wagons

Fifth wheel steering describes a type of steering where the front wheels and axle assembly pivot on a center point, which is referred to as the fifth wheel. Because the steering wheels encounter less friction when turning than would be encountered in a swivel caster, wagon trucks with fifth wheel steering can be easier to maneuver under heavier load conditions. This is especially true when softer, wider pneumatic wheels are required because of use on rough or uneven surfaces. Wagons with this type of steering are typically pulled, but can also be pushed. T-handle with vinyl handgrips allows two man operation.

Plunger Assemblies

Plunger Spindle? Assemblies for Straight-Line Clamps automatically compensate for variations in part thicknesses. These assemblies are designed to be mounted to plunger clamps.

Slide, Bolt & Gate Latches

Spring loaded latches are simple to install, heavy duty locking devices available in 2 different styles. Style A would be used in a "Pull shut" application while Style B would be used in a "Push Shut" application.Slam Action Slide Latches. Ideal for corrisive environment applications. Simply lift the knob, slide it over and drop it into the notch.Gate latches are designed to accommodate a padlock (not included) security in corrosive environments.
