4 Arm Prong Knobs

Lobed knobs, also called clamping knobs, have a scalloped edge with four grip points to allow for maximum grip and comfort, even while wearing gloves.

These durable lobed knobs are impact- and chemical-resistant and provide a neat appearance for finished applications that require precision adjustments.

Reid Supply has a wide range of 4-lobed knobs, from plastic knobs to stainless steel and iron in a variety of thread sizes and mounting types.

Knurled Knobs

Knurling comes in a variety of patterns depending on the application of the knobs you need to help clamp or adjust tools across a variety of workspaces.

Knurled knobs in vertical or diamond patterns increase grip ability, which makes it ideal for scenarios where grip may not be guaranteed due to contact with water or lubricants.

There are many types of knobs that use knurling. Explore all your options for materials and types of knobs by downloading our Guide to Knobs and Handles e-book.

You can learn more about the types of knurling available across knobs and handles by reading our article on common knurling types.

Lobed Knobs

Concave push-pull knobs feature tapered shanks and an enlarged head to provide good finger clearance and an excellent grasp for pulling or lifting across a variety of specific shapes.

The concave top is more comfortable in applications that use a thumb push operation. The convex top has a smooth shape and fits comfortably into the operator’s palm for an easy grip.

We carry a large supply of push-pull knobs by manufacturers like Kipp for use in all types of industrial and manufacturing applications in both inch and metric dimensions.
