Caster wheels are available in a range of wheel hardness and load capacity to suit a variety of surfaces, environments, and applications. Hard wheels have a higher load capacity than soft wheels because they do not compress easily. Hard wheels also roll with less effort and can handle light to heavy loads. Suited for light to medium loads, soft wheels are quieter than hard wheels, so they are preferred in environments where quiet operation is necessary. Hard wheels work well in carpeted areas and can withstand outdoor environments, whereas soft wheels work well on hard or uneven surfaces. We offer caster wheels in a variety of materials such as rubber, phenolic, polyolefin, polyurethane, nylon, and cast iron.

Dovetail slides typically have a larger contact area as compared to other sliding assemblies, providing a high stiffness and load bearing capacity. The dovetail interconnects the saddle and base and guides the travel of the saddle. Dovetail slides can be preloaded with the gib adjustment for increased friction. Applications include automation, shuttle devices, fixtures, work holding and press loading

Plastic Control Hand Wheels with Handles provide a leveraging hand hold even when the machine operator is wearing gloves. The plastic material is durable and resists solvents, oils, grease, and other chemicals.

For metal hand wheels, the most popular are cast iron handwheels for high strength solutions while providing a sturdy hand hold during adjustment. Other materials we carry are: Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Steel.

Leveling feet, also called leveling mounts, are used to provide an adjustable, level, and stable base for machinery, cabinets, shelving, appliances, furniture, workbenches, conveyors, and other equipment. Turntable bearings are ideal for swivel displays, welding tables, industrial assemblies. May be mounted using the recommended bolts or welded directly to the fixture.

Wedge Mounts provide excellent isolation and dampening properties while allowing fine adjustments to the leveling under a full load. These mounts are compact with a low construction height and are available in a self-locking style.
